Generation Media Midcareer Videos
In this multifaceted video project, I spearheaded the creation of two dynamic social videos targeting midcareer employees and employers in Europe and the US. As an art director, my responsibilities encompassed storyboarding, animation, and art direction, ensuring a cohesive and compelling visual narrative. The videos were tailored for Gen X midcareer employees, emphasizing their resilience, adaptability, and readiness for career shifts while combating age-related biases. Simultaneously, the employer-focused video aimed to challenge misconceptions about midcareer and older workers, highlighting their proficiency and eagerness to learn. Crafting these videos involved meticulous attention to audience segmentation, incorporating key insights, and resonant quotes to provoke a paradigm shift in perceptions and foster a growth mindset in hiring practices.
